As a small business owner, you’re an expert at what you do, but maybe (read: probably) not an expert at marketing. And one of the big things you’re missing is a marketing strategy, which is really important to making sure your marketing is working. Enji’s AI (our own/not ChatGPT) helps you create a marketing strategy that is customized to your business and goals. Then Enji breaks down that marketing strategy into an actionable marketing plan with tasks to get you to your goals. Enji was created to help small business owners succeed at doing their own marketing—so we give you the guidance, tools, and support you need to do that.

Marketing Strategy GeneratorWhen you create a marketing strategy, it gives you direction and clarity around how you are going to market your business. And that saves you time and money because you are much more intentional with your approach. Once you have set goals and objectives, identified your target customers, and decided which channels are the best way to reach these people, your marketing will be focused on just the things that make the most sense for you to do—making it easier for you to actually get it done and see results.
The core elements of a marketing strategy are your goals and objectives for your business, your target customers, and the marketing channels that you will be on to reach your target customers. Other factors that influence your marketing strategy include your marketing budget, how much time you have to work on marketing, and skillset. To sum it up, your marketing strategy defines long-term goals and the overall approach to reach your target market.
You can try Googling everything you need to learn to create a marketing strategy. Or you can try working from a template. Or you can hire a marketing consultant. But here at Enji, we built our own AI that takes you through a questionnaire, gathers data from your website, and creates a customized marketing strategy for you in about 5 minutes.
No. We built Enji on our own AI Expert System that creates a marketing strategy and breaks that strategy into an actionable marketing plan for you. We have many years of AI and marketing experience that went into building this AI. Our founder, Tayler, has been a small business marketing consultant since 2015 and worked with hundreds of small businesses (creating marketing strategies for them). It’s her expertise that powers the AI Expert System that we’ve built.
The main difference between a marketing strategy and a marketing plan is scope and focus. A marketing strategy defines the goals and objectives you have, the customers you are targeting, and the channels you will be on to reach those customers (read: it defines your destination and the lane you’re going to drive in). A marketing plan is your calendar of the tasks or tactics you will do to reach those goals and objectives that are set in the strategy (read: the things you’re going to do along the way). When you create your marketing strategy with Enji, our software breaks your marketing strategy into an actionable marketing plan—giving you the tasks and project management tools to organize and do your plan (for just you or your small team). Enji also has education built into the tasks you see in your marketing plan making it easy to follow for someone that is not a marketing expert.
Creating a marketing strategy with Enji takes most people 5 minutes. We have a questionnaire for you to answer and we also pull data from your website. Once you’ve finished the questionnaire, Enji’s marketing strategy generator creates a marketing strategy that is customized to your business. Then Our AI breaks that marketing strategy down into an actionable marketing plan with tasks to help you reach your goals and objectives.
It just takes 5 minutes to create a marketing strategy on Enji that is customized to your business.
Enji learns a lot of details about your business from the questionnaire that our AI uses to create the marketing strategy. That marketing strategy is customized to your business, and it is also created around your marketing budget, the amount of time you have to work on marketing, and the skills you have. With all of these details, our AI is able to customize and prioritize the marketing plan that will work best for your business, budget, and skills.
Enji not only creates a marketing strategy and actionable marketing plan for you, but we also create all the tasks you need to reach your business and marketing goals. Enji is also a marketing project management platform that takes this actionable plan and organizes it on your calendar. From there, you can invite teammates into Enji, assign them tasks, and do all the things you would do with any other project management tool. The tasks in Enji also come with education (blog posts, resources, etc.) so you don’t have to already be a marketing expert to accomplish them.
Find out more about how to build a marketing routine on Enji's marketing calendar on our feature page or from the FAQs below.
Marketing CalendarOne of the biggest mistakes small business owners make is thinking they need to work on their marketing a little bit every day. The more efficient way to do your own marketing is actually to build a routine and batch work on your marketing tasks. When you create your marketing strategy with Enji, we ask what day (or days) you want to do your marketing on and organize your calendar around that. Many of the tasks have a cadence or recurrence and we build the routine for you, but you can always adjust the cadence of the tasks to suit your needs.
Yes, with Enji’s marketing calendar, you can manage the tasks for you and your team in one place because you can add team members to your Enji account and assign tasks (with due dates) to them. Plus you can connect your Enji calendar to your Google calendar or iCal as well as have the option to have email notifications that keep people on track.
Yes, Enji’s marketing calendar combines both your marketing tasks and social media calendar all in one place. There are filters so you can look only at marketing tasks, social media, or both of them together.
Yes, we have an integration to Google Calendar, iCal, and other calendars so your Enji tasks will appear in your work calendar. We also have a notification system you can turn on to be notified of tasks that are ready to be worked both via email or push notifications.
Find out more about Enji's social media scheduler and management tools on our feature page or from the FAQs below.
Social Media SchedulerA social media scheduler allows you to work ahead and pre-schedule your social media posts (on some sort of routine: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) This allows you to be more intentional and plan out content rather than creating it on the fly or reactively. It also saves a lot of time when you batch your social media creation and scheduling into one block rather than doing it daily.
Yes! Going from posting your social media content on the day you want it to go live to working ahead and scheduling it will save you lots of time. Because doing it on the fly usually ends up taking 30+ minutes to get one thing done whereas you can get many posts scheduled in an hour time block once a week because you’re actually sitting down to think about it.
Enji’s social media scheduler has integrations with all of the major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
Yes, when you create your Enji account, one of the first thing Enji does is create a brand voice and business profile for you (you give us your website URL and we use AI to go learn about your business from it). We also use that information to generate ideas for social captions and blogs that can easily be plugged into our AI copywriter. Then our AI copywriter uses your brand voice and business profile when drafting captions and blog posts for you to make sure your content is on point and sounds like you.
Yes, our idea generator will create personalized ideas for social media captions and blogs for your business from the information we gathered from your website URL. And as you use and discard different ideas, the idea generator gets smarter and knows what content resonates with you so it can do a better job in the future.
Yes, inside of the social media channel in Enji, we help you define a social media plan with platforms, cadences, and ideas. This all leverages AI to expedite the process.
Yes, once your social media plan is set up, you can automate the creation of the shells for each piece of content. With the idea generator, you can quickly grab ideas and have your personalized AI write the content for you. Scheduling is simple from there. Although this is not complete automation, we believe it is important to be part of the process for review along the way, so we reduce as much time as possible through automated steps.

Find out more about Enji's KPIs and Performance Tools on our feature page or from the FAQs below.
KPIs and PerformanceKPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. KPIs are the numbers that help you understand the health of your business and impact of your marketing.
Tracking KPIs (and looking at them monthly) helps you start to see trends as to what is working with your marketing and what is not. These trends or patterns then help you make decisions about what marketing you can do more of, what you can do less of, what you can cut, and what you should think about trying to fix.
Enji allows you to create an easy-to-understand KPI dashboard that includes your sales and marketing KPIs in one place. It is easy to read because Enji creates graphs and charts from your numbers—most of which can be directly pulled in from integrations. This helps you have a birds eye view into your business and make better decisions.
No, Enji does integrate with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, and many others to pull your KPIs in automatically every month.
When you track KPIs and look at them monthly, you start seeing trends as to what is working and what is not for your business—and that helps you make better or more strategic decisions about your marketing.
Find out more about Enji's Campaign Templates on our feature page or from the FAQs below.
Campaign TemplatesWhen you create your Enji account you’ll see 16 different marketing campaign templates (17 if you are a wedding business). Each marketing campaign template is a blueprint to help you organize your to-dos and track your results. It comes with recommended tasks to guide you and metrics to track how well your campaign went. And every template is completely customizable.
Think of a marketing campaign as a marketing push or project you’re doing in addition to your regular marketing. And some of the marketing campaign templates Enji has are email list building, sale or promotion, website launch, or event. These marketing campaign templates allow you to get a jumpstart on knowing all the things you need to do to be successful with the campaign and what metrics you should track to know whether it was a success.
You can add tasks and additional metrics to any marketing campaign you create from a template. There is also a budget tracker and plenty of room for additional details and notes that you want to track as part of the campaign.
